I am looking for someone who has experience in writing and filing utility patents and can guide me through the process. I am also interested in... fast-tracking the process to get the patent within 12 months, rather than the usual 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with us to finalize the utility patent application

Provide guidance and expertise on the patent writing and filing process

Assist us in fast-tracking the process, if possible

Answer any questions we may have throughout the process

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in patent law, specifically writing and filing utility patents

Familiarity with the fast-track process and the ability to execute it

Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
