DESCRIPTION

You'll be responsible for the implementation of gameplay features based on the design document. A critical part of the role will be to work closely with the design department and report to our technical director.

You'll be engineering brand-new features from basic prototypes to the final stages of development. Creativity will play a key part in the role as you'll be creating realistic and expressive characters, innovative game mechanics, and smooth, responsive systems... for our unannounced project

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Write robust and maintainable code.
• Solve problems through the application of sound software engineering principles.
• Work closely together with the other departments to implement the game requirements.
• Actively participate in the design and production of the game.
• Ensure flawless and robust game performance across different platforms.
• Help the team in generating new ideas.
• Knowledge of the Unreal ecosystem and/or Unreal GAS system is appreciated.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in C++
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Proactive and with initiative
• Knowledgeable in design patterns and programming paradigms
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent or business level English - written and spoken
