EssenceMediaCom Vietnam is looking for an experienced professional with expertise in Digital strategy, hands on knowledge on platform optimization, all aspects of performance marketing including marketplace and D2C, and data analytics, who will lead the agency and partner its clients for Data Driven marketing and Digital transformation projects.

Job Responsibility:
• Responsible for creating... frameworks and strategy to deliver business needs of our clients in the platform world (upper funnel, lower funnel, esports/gaming, commerce, metaverse and emerging tech) including digital research, analysis, insight generation, and optimizations.
• Advance the understanding of online marketing dynamics through developing critical business insights and solutions across our clients to increase their ROAS on media/creative investments.
• Work closely with the client/account teams to make strategy recommendations and develop and guide team on best practices in optimization/operations based on performance data to improve business results.
• Create impactful insights and actions based on a multitude of data points which can be effectively communicated to clients at all levels, be Expert Advisor to C-Suite clients on Data/Performance aspects.
• Foster collaboration across teams and create forums to bring different agency functions together to drive data mindset.
• Ability to read in between the lines in client and account team briefs, and ability to crystallize unstated challenge and propose platform-based recommendations rooted in Data.
• Lead the Data and Performance strategy segment in New Business Pitches
• Drive Innovation / adoption of emerging platforms in ad-tech world via test and learn approach in the agency.
• Hire, develop, train and groom team.

Experience Preferred:
• A Strategic mindset and a Hands-on practitioner
• Knowledge of key digital /analytic tools/ platforms: Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Social platforms,DSP (TTD, DV360), Adobe Analytics, etc.
• Strong understanding and experience in and of Marketplace and D2C commerce
• Comprehensive understanding of metrics: Media (Impression, GRP, CPV, CVR, ROAS etc.), Measurement analytics, and Quantitative business measures (ROAS , Effectiveness, etc.)
• Good understanding of all aspects of Digital Media, Programmatic, Search, Social, ad-technologies,3rd party verification partners
• Hands-on experience with various use-cases for digital data and analytics such as dashboarding, path analysis, digital cross-channel attribution, optimal frequency, etc.
• Familiarity with Tableau, High Charts, D3 or other visualization tools are desirable
• Familiarity with various types of data available such as planning data, media spend data, DMP data, audience data, social data, search data, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to fluently speak, write and communicate in English. Ability to understand Vietnamese and prior experience in Vietnam or SEA market is a plus.

Measures of Success:

In 3 months:
• Work with client and internal teams in fine tuning current working process
• Build new framework, working with regional hub and local teams
• Ensure smooth operations with noticeable improvements across platforms usage, specially commerce and in all aspects of performance strategy
• Implement best practice processes and ways of working with the teams

In 6 Months:
• Explore new solutions in market as they become available
• Lead pitches and new business requirements
• Create best in class work out of Vietnam

In 12-24 months:
• Build framework and models to bring new business beyond the current prospective clients/advertisers
• Upskill local agency team and clients
• Look for opportunities to build the practice for clients and markets based outside of Vietnam
