• *Position Description**:
Mediobanca is looking for an analyst to join the Group M&A; team. The analyst will help evaluate and recommend growth acceleration projects through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. The analyst will monitor Mediobanca’s strategic and competitive landscape, gather industry intelligence, and execute potential transactions. Some other responsibilities include:

- identifying, assessing and executing inorganic growth opportunities across existing and new markets
- creating and maintaining updated financials model for targets
- preparing board and C-level strategic and financial presentations
- supporting closely with senior member of the team to review and execute potential investment opportunities
- working on cross-functional deal teams to manage deals and execute due diligence
- helping lead integration efforts for acquisitions
- developing and maintaining a deep understanding of emerging trends and market dynamics for each market segment of interest
• *Requirements Description**:

- financial analysis expertise and sound knowledge of financial valuation and business law
