Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the day-to-day operational needs for the Education Manager
• Address any concerns or issues identified by the Education Manager or parents
• Generate spreadsheets, reports and other documents as required
• Answer phone inquiries and direct to appropriate colleagues
• Input information into systems as required
• Perform ad hoc... responsibilities such as filing, supplies inventory and projects assigned by the Education Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Diploma in Office Administration, Business, or related field
• Proven ability to utilize, adapt and embrace new technologies, including Office 365 and other database/software.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment and motivate and instill positivity within a team
• Ability to lead, problem-solve, and utilize team-building skills
• Proven ability to utilize strong interpersonal skills to deal with others effectively
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
• Evidence of double COVID-19 vaccination is needed
• Criminal record check is required
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
