We are looking for an ENERGY TRADING METEOROLOGIST with programming experience who can help our team with mining data from existing data sources, build predictions utilizing raw data and build tools that will form the bridge between our predictive algorithms and weather data.

Responsibilities:

Use sophisticated computer systems to collate the flow of data from satellite images, radar, remote sensors and weather stations all over the world

Measure factors such as air pressure, temperature and humidity at various atmospheric levels

Analyse and present this information to relevant teams in the form of weather briefings

Requirements:

At least a Bachelors degree in meteorology, physics, geoscience, or other relevant area

2-5 years of relevant experience

A curious mind with proven ability in math and physics
