Electrical Lead Engineer with extensive Multidisciplinary Engineering Management experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals or similar sectors to provide support to our client in the execution of projects. The Electrical Lead Engineer will be primarily responsible for the coordination and integration with a multi-disciplinary engineering team for the execution and delivery of electrical engineering deliverables. Such deliverables must be delivered meeting quality requirements in accordance with applicable standards and specifications, within budget and time. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering Pr. Eng Experience: Minimum of 12 years related experience, with the bulk of experience must have been gained in a Contractor's design environment within a multidisciplinary engineering and design experience Working experience with Sasol Previous Sasol Partnership Contract Knowledge Key Performance Areas: Engineering Designs and Deliverables Management Resource Management... Interfacing and/or electrical engineering working experience with Sasol as an added advantage Understand all aspects of projects and be able to coordinate and maximize efficiency Thorough management knowledge, organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills Responsible for Electrical engineering and design process, planning coordination and integration with other disciplines including deliverables review.
