Job Description
• Analyze API's, Intermediates, Starting Materials and Raw Materials via HPLC and other analytical methods
• Perform assigned tasks according to tight deadlines
• Manage multiple tasks at one time while contributing to several projects
• Lean new techniques needed to support specific projects according to client needs
• Solve scientific problems and troubleshoot issues
• Able to step in and learn new techniques to support projects
• Ability to solve scientific problems
• Able to work effectively in a GMP laboratory

The Successful Applicant
• Ph.D, B.S. or M.S. in Analytical Chemistry or Chemistry
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Relevant experience in an Analytical Chemistry laboratory
• Significant expertise in HPLC and/or UPLC methods
• Report to VP of Research and Development
• Hands-on expertise and up-to-date knowledge of other analytical methodologies
• Experience working to GLP and GMP
• Ability to effectively contribute to multi-disciplinary scientific teams
• Experience with API manufacturing is preferred
• Experience managing and working with CROs and CDMOs in previous role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
