Responsibilities in your role:

■ Conducting intakes, diagnostic research and in-depth interviews

■ Drawing up a supervision plan

■ Implementation of psychological guidance by means of guidance forms from cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-oriented approach, EMDR or other forms of guidance;

■ Communication with company doctors and medical advisers

■ Drawing up reports for clients, insurance physicians and occupational physicians

As required:

■ Provide advice and support for teams and organisations on sustainable employability

■ Providing training for organisations in areas such as stress and stress prevention

■ Development and implementation of leadership programs

■ Carry out diagnostic expertise research

Skills and qualifications:

■ WO Master in Psychology, specialisation Work & Health or Work & Organisation

■ Preferably Registered Psychologist NIP/Work and Health or willing to get this registration

■ At least 2 years of relevant work experience aimed at restoring functioning in the work context

■ Familiar with and experienced in applying psychological interventions based on cognitive behavioural therapy and solution-focused therapy

■ Thorough knowledge of psychodiagnostics

■ A flexible, solution-oriented, productive and customer-oriented attitude

■ An analytical and empathetic view and keen observation skills;

■ Excellent oral and written communication skills;

■ Excellent command of the English and Dutch language

Per direct zijn we op zoek naar een psycholoog Arbeid en Gezondheid.

Verantwoordelijkheden in jouw rol:
• Verrichten van intakes, diagnostisch onderzoek en diepte-interviews
• Opstellen van een begeleidingsplan
• Uitvoeren van psychologische begeleiding door middel van begeleidingsvormen uit de cognitieve gedragstherapie, oplossingsgerichte aanpak, EMDR of andere begeleidingsvormen;
• Communicatie met bedrijfsartsen en medisch adviseurs
• Opstellen van rapportages voor opdrachtgevers, verzekeringsartsen/ en bedrijfsartsen

Overige mogelijkheden:
• Advisering en ondersteuning van teams en organisaties over duurzame inzetbaarheid
• Geven van trainingen bij organisaties op o.a. het gebied van stress en stresspreventie, Continous Dialogue, Werk-als-waarde
• Ontwikkeling en uitvoering van leiderschapsprgrammma's
• Verrichten diagnostisch expertise onderzoek

Vaardigheden en kwalificaties:
• WO Master in de Psychologie, richting Arbeid & Gezondheid of Arbeid & Organisatie
• Bij voorkeur Registerpsycholoog NIP/Arbeid en gezondheid of bereid deze registratie te halen
• Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring gericht op herstel van functioneren in de werkcontext
• Bekend met en ervaren in het toepassen van psychologische interventies gebaseerd op cognitieve gedragstherapie en oplossingsgerichte therapie
• Gedegen kennis van psychodiagnostiek
• Een flexibele, oplossingsgerichte, productieve en klantgerichte instelling
• Een analytische en empathische blik en scherp observatievermogen;
• Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden;
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal
