A Production Manager Shift is needed for our West Cork based volume food production client. The successful candidate will manage production performance as measured by KPI’s such as safety, quality, cost, line efficiency & people management.

THE ROLE:
• Implement the production plan on the floor
• Manage two supervisors and up to 60 staff
• Manage daily 5S, H&S, Quality and Food Safety compliance.
• Manage weekly staffing rota and daily labour allocations
• Manage the absence and pay review process for production operators.
• 12 hour shifts days and nights rotating 7am to 7pm.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous work experience at supervisory/management level in a FMCG and/or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing and developing people
• Experience of HACCP/BRC
• Results driven with a proven ability to deliver targets and meet deadlines.
• Excellent package and bonus structure.
