Job Description:

Working in a Retail Travel store, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, offering excellent customer service

Quoting a wide range of holidays from packages to tailor-made to suit your customers' need

Converting quotes into confirmed bookings and working to exceed sales targets

Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in- depth knowledge of the company's destinations.

Working hours vary dependent on the branch but are usually Monday - Saturday, daytime hours, and if a Saturday is worked

Lead with... exceptional customer service and have a real passion for people.

Experience Required:

We are seeking candidates that have previous experience as a Travel Agent, looking for a new challenge and a company they can develop with. Even if you have not worked in the industry recently but have done in the past and would be keen to return, we want to hear from you!
