- Develop business for gold/silver/bronze (high) accounts, including basket/ product selling, cross selling, and value-based pricing.

- Execute customer visits, prepare, coordinate, negotiate, close proposals, responds to RFQs.

- Identify customer potential and plan to monetize.

- Identify, prioritize, and convert prospect business.

- Manage and expand product and market know-how.

- Manage customer related initiatives/projects.

- Maintain CRM, complete relevant reporting etc.

- Ensure all activities are conducted with health, safety, quality and environment management systems as well as corporate and local... policies.
• *YOUR PROFILE**:

- At least 2- 5 years’ experience in the chemical distribution business preferably in a sales capacity.

- Fluent in English (verbal and written)

- Effective communication and presentation

- Superior communication and negotiation skills

- Strong Analytical skills, Customer orientation and Interpersonal understanding

- Committed to excellence and initiative

- Excellent business / commercial acumen

- Business and market know-how

- Good in related products/business industry
