You’ll utilize your experience in our products to develop a complete solution - presenting proposals to prospects through engaging demonstrations or other visual media either face to face or delivered via the web, along with detailed written descriptions of our product features.

Your domain knowledge, product experience and relationship building skills will enable your success... in this role, and recognition at the most senior levels of our growing business.

Responsibilities include:

– Using actual software configurations and/or conceptual illustrations to demonstrate how the UKG solution satisfies a business’ needs
• Configure and maintain a provided demo system. Modify the configuration of the demo system to illustrate how the product solves specific business issues. Build proof-of-concept configurations to address detailed, prospect supplied, demo scripts
• Stay informed on current technology and technology trends. Be able to articulate how UKG solutions fit into a prospects’ technical landscape

Qualifications

Ideally; you’ll have:
• Experience presenting and demonstrating solutions to organisations
• Prior experience with Kronos products, ERP, HR, or Kronos competitive products
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Ability to function adeptly in front of audiences (face-to-face or via internet only) for the sole purpose of converting prospects’ business challenges to Kronos product solutions
• Presentations must differentiate Kronos from competitors and build confidence that Kronos is the solution of choice
• Must have a sound grasp of technology including functionality and high-level overview knowledge of the technical environment in which our products work
• Understanding of the technology landscape with regards to integration/interface design
• Ability to travel, sometimes extensively, by plane and/or by car within the SEA region
