Senior National Account Manager (GROCERY MULTS)

Following rapid growth, these snacks can now be found in over 2,000 stores across the UK, including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Ocado, BP, Co-op, Amazon, SPAR, Wholefoods, John Lewis, dog-friendly hotels, pubs, cafes, independent pet stores and many more! The Role
Key Account Manager (Grocery) your job will be to manage and grow sales within Sainsbury’s and Asda. Whilst also supporting on Tesco (incubator).
This includes:
● Nurturing the relationships with our current Grocery Accounts.
● Analysing data
● Forecasting, reporting, and managing budgets for these customers
● Growing ROS, and working closely with marketing to do this.
Experience needed
● Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG sales
● Minimum 2 years on Grocery accounts either as a buyer or NAM (exposure to Pet category is not essential)
● Confident with budgeting & forecasting - this role will require weekly updates to a master sales forecast that will be reviewed with the Sales Director at a weekly sales meetings
● Strong commercial skills - this role will involve contract negotiations, JBPs, commercial agreements and budgeting with customers
● Ambitious and hard-working
● Great at building personal relationships
● Driven and self-motivated
● A team player who loves to get stuck in, we're a small team that is passionate about making a positive impact
