Job Description:

The Global Digital Health R&D team is expanding and searching for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join them. This team in partnership with the Business Development team is responsible for building the strategic vision and for the implementation of the digital transformation in R&D and BD. The Senior Digital Project Manager directly oversees complex programs, while staying up to date on industry and technology trends. Throughout your time in the role, you will see the direct and meaningful impact of your contribution on the patient journey.

Main activities include:

Digital transformation strategy ​
• Maintain and update the digital transformation roadmap for R&D
• Continuously collect the needs of employees to integrate them
• Update the roadmap according to the company's strategic evolutions (new asset, new territory, new agency rules etc...)
• Maintain the link with the... middle management to ensure the integration of this roadmap within the overall RD roadmap

Operational Excellence / Program management
• Lead the implementation of prioritized digital solutions
• Monitor value created from these new project opportunities
• Stay up to date on new trends and technologies which can transform Ipsen value proposition in the related domain
• Provide end-to-end program management
• Scope project requirements and prepare budget
• Write the specifications in collaboration with business partners
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Leverage lean and agile methodology: design thinking, lean start-up and management to launch product which create value for patients
• Collaborate with and/ or coordinate internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Deliver projects on time and on budget ensuring quality standards are met
• Plan and manage product launch with business teams and ensure that maintenance and evolutions are carried out
• Monitor and report on dashboard tools
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects to determine the value or not
• Contribute to evolve the development of the team ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality level

Expected Capabilities:
• Strong agile project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized while juggling multiple projects, thorough and structured thought process, attention to detail.
• Experience in managing project teams in cross-functional settings

Education:
• PhD in scientific area or
• Master degree in digital area

Languages:
• Fluent in English
• French is a plus
