We are looking for a virtual Marketing and Admin Assistant. The Marketing Assistant will develop and manage multiple global marketing campaigns from open to close.

Duties include initial outreach, follow-up, tracking, collecting feedback, and setting up calls and meetings. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment is a must. Strong English speaking and writing skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Help managing partner run multiple campaigns globally from initial outreach, follow up, tracking, collect feedback, set up calls and meetings
Lead Generation, Data Input and Maintenance and strong CRM skills or the ability to be a quick learner
Follow Up/Coordination; strong writing and phone skills
Report Generation and analysis of funnel and how we can improve our process
Help manage multiple campaigns Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing and admin experience
Quick learner, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a proven process of how to manage multiple tasks at once
Knowledge of Email Marketing Campaigns and experience utilizing CRM and LinkedIn.
Experience conducting lead generation
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to work independently based on guidelines and parameters
Strong English speaking and writing skills are a must
A Bachelor’s Degree
