Our Product Manager will join our growing Product team to influence and drive the product roadmap for Embedded Banking. What You’ll Do Work to define features, capabilities, and priorities for embedded... banking functions, specifically related to integrated payments, referral partners, and merchant services. Provide product expertise needed to make strategic product decisions Influence the roadmap & prioritize building what matters most to provide value to clients and achieve team goals. Use data driven approach to identifying value drivers across clients and internal stakeholders. Plan what the team will deliver and the release timeline for implementation. Collaborate with research, design, sales, and engineering. Serve as the product expert/representative on XUP platform for client meetings, planning, and implementations Communicate overall status of development to stakeholders, BA/PM/SM, etc. Coordinate to ensure support functions are engaged Work extensively with engineering, including down to the card detail level when needed, to deliver product to market. Understand the technology, integrations, and services behind the products. What You Have 7 years of total product management experience, with at least 3 years of integrated merchant acquiring, payment facilitation, or similar software. Understanding of how a banking partner can empower embedded banking solutions with customers. Successfully delivered new products and features. Greenfield/MVP product launches preferred. Extensive experience working within Jira for product development. Excellent card hygiene, understanding of appropriate acceptance criteria, and reporting. Detailed orientation to the functional, technical, and operational aspects of integrated payment and merchant acquiring capabilities. Executive presence & communication. Experience working across executives and technology personnel to drive alignment & buy-in, including in an external customer facing capacity Ability to triage. Innate instinct to know when to handle yourself and when to call in another team member to collaborate. Willingness to travel Desire to collaborate while driving to client results. Understanding of a startup environment and that you might have to wear multiple hats. Entrepreneurial attitude with a drive that says ‘I’m not above the work that needs to be done’ What you might have MBA or other relevant advanced degree. Experience in a role requiring high adaptability, where you've shifted between any of these "roles" regularly: Product, Technology, Delivery. Knowledge of merchant acquiring and servicing, Integrated Referral Partners, PayFacs, Payment Processing, and the related technologies. Industry experience and acumen in Small Business/Commercial Banking or payments. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $120,000 to $160,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
