You will lead a team of junior care staff to provide quality care to our residents/clients. You will join our team at the current site, may be deployed to our new nursing homes located at MacPherson or West Coast Link.

Job Description:

Comply with MOH & SNB standards of nursing practices.

Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide care to the nursing home residents.

Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan, recommends revision of care plans as necessary.

Work with allied health professionals, initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.

Conduct and supervise assessments of all new admissions.

Prepare and update clinical documentations.

Prepare and administer medications to residents, comply with safe medication practices.

Supervise and train junior nurses & support care... staff.

Work with supervisor to conduct quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.

Deal with any emergency that arises and ensures prompt actions to mitigate the situation. Escalates promptly to supervisor, where necessary.

Maintain a safe and clean environment in the nursing home.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Nursing

RN full registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
