- Receive customer inquiries and requests from CRM/Marketing teams and take charge/assign to sales team staff

- Interact regularly and maintain solid relationships with customers before and after sales to generate repeat business and referrals

- Ensure that all customers are well received and serviced from the point of walking until the delivery

- Lead negotiations when required or act as support for sales team to close deals

- Coordinate with used motorcycles prices where applicable in case of trade in

- Negotiate prices and promotions with customers where needed to close a deal in line with policies and procedures

- Arrange for test drives as deemed appropriate to close the deal

- Review and approve offers and ensure all sales documentation (insurance, registration, etc.) pertaining to closed deals is completed accurately and on time

- Ensure that PDI sheets are complete and... sent without delay to the Workshop Department to ensure motorcycles are ready for delivery on the promised date

- Coordinate with the Accounting Unit for invoicing, (with banks for financing applications when it will become available), and with the Sales back-end office for moto registration

- Implement the standards for showroom cleanliness, displaying and merchandising in line with the adopted

- Ensure minimum level of inventory of accessories and motorcycles is in line with strategy and targets by keeping close coordination with concerned units

- Research and analyze market changes and challenges and propose opportunities to overcome in a proactive manner
