VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT - MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Cyber Youth Collective, a division of Cyber Youth Singapore (CYS), is on the lookout for a volunteer marketing communications specialist.

As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will create and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print materials. You will also work closely with our team to develop messaging that resonates with our target audience and promotes our organization's mission.

The ideal candidate for this role is a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for making a difference. You should have experience in marketing and communication, as well as a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand identity and business objectives
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels
• Plan, produce, and edit high-quality videos for a variety of channels, including social media, website, and other relevant platforms
• Engage with our followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports on key metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for new social media initiatives
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote our organization through social media interactions
• Work with the Chief Executive (Cyber Youth Collective) to plan and conduct campus outreach talks, roadshows, etc.

Requirements:
• Graduate or current student of marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
• Demonstrated experience with content creation on TikTok and Instagram
• Demonstrated experience with video production
• Familiarity with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling and concise copy for social media posts
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools to measure and analyze social media performance
