Core Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment and selection and the on and off-boarding process.
• Provide a sustainable people strategy to reduce employee turnover.
• Manage and implement the annual performance management process, discuss performance with supervisors to align on a career development plan and ensure sufficiency in the talent pipeline.
• Create own annual C&B strategy by regularly conducting market benchmarks referencing relevant industries and submitting reports to management for periodic salary reviews.
• Manage employees' training and development needs and administer the full spectrum of training and course.
• Manage the company’s payroll and related matters, such as submission to statutory
• Any other duties assigned by the management.
The ideal candidate should
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in Retail, F&B or service-oriented industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and laws
• Have experience... working as a Business Partner to support and advise HODs on HR issues.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
