HR Executive

Location: Joo Koon

Salary: $2600-$3000++

Responsibilities:
• Partnering with the Department Managers to manage the project resourcing strategy to hire quality talent.
• Managing the internal resourcing of selected positions, end to end resourcing of external positions, including attraction, conducting job brief interviews and aligning on sourcing strategy.
• HR Administration: contracts preparation, payroll computation, control of time sheets, over time records, MCs, etc.
• Update employee database (including leave and medical claims)
• Manage staff leave application, records and reports
• Handle staff recruitment, phone interview and arrange interview session with manager
• Maintain proper filing of HR records
• MOM labour survey/Market survey.
• Ad hoc activities as and when requested

Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource or related field of study
• At least 1 years of experience in Recruitment, and HR Administration.
• Proficient with MS Office
