1. Manage the recruitment process including coordinating interviews and assisting in the selection process.

2. Administer work pass matters (WP Online) and insurance (Primary Care Plan) for all the foreign employees in compliance with Ministry of Manpower.

3. Issue appointment letters to selected candidates.

4. Prepare and conduct orientation programs.

5. Manage employee on-boarding and departures.

6. Monitor staff attendance, over time, MC and Leave application of the staff and maintain respective records.

7. Develop and implement the company’s Training and Development Plan.

8. Conduct post training evaluation and submit reports to the Managing Director (MD).

9. Execute Worksite Satisfaction Survey and Meal Survey on a monthly basis.

10. Manage day-to-day employee-related issues.

11. Manage all matters related to Ministry of Manpower and other affiliated organizations.

12. Prepare all employment-related reports as required by MD for internal and external use.

13. Update... and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents in Staff Personal file as well as in the NAS system.

14. Monitor and prepare reports on employee health records.

15. Ensure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation of the statutory requirements.
