Multinational market research, advisory and events firm focused on the ICT sector is looking to hire a Senior Consulting Manager to join the team in Johannesburg South Africa.

It is a remote working role with occasional meetings at the offices in Johannesburg North.

As the Head of Consulting, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of analysts to deliver high-quality research and consulting services to clients in the technology industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICT consulting, with experience managing teams... and delivering successful projects for clients. You should be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of analysts to deliver high-quality research and consulting services to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet their goals
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the consulting business and expand client base
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to provide valuable insights and thought leadership to clients

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, IT, Engineering)
• Experience of working with either Telecommunication vendors, IT Vendors, Management Consulting firms, Government Digital Agencies
• 10+ years of experience in ICT environmet,
• Manage multiple project deliveries at any point in time
• A strong understanding of the ICT Industry
• Last 5 years' experience should be in a client facing role with a track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and research
