Role Overview

Reflex Systems (part of the Reflex Group) has an opportunity for a Small Stores Manager based in our office in Boston, Lincolnshire.

This individual must have experience in an administration / office roles, if they have experience in an parts administration role this would be desirable but it is not essential.

Duties
• Using our in-house system, Shuttleworth, to raise purchase orders and SOPs (full training will be provided)
• Responsible for the maintenance and replenishment of parts stock levels for the engineering team and stores
• Liaise with... suppliers on pricing, outstanding orders and maintain a strong business relationship
• Ensure all engineer job sheets are returned and charged for (where required) and the necessary purchase orders and SOPs are raised
• Run stock check reports and monthly reports for annual stock count/audit.
• Support the Systems team on other requests when needed

• Excellent organisational skills written and verbal
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages
• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve

Hours: 37.5
