We're looking for someone with passion for quality fresh and Organic food with the drive to boost sales, lead and nurture the team the team, deliver excellent customer service, implement company initiatives and work to maintain and improve on KPIs, like waste and shrinkage. There is plenty of opportunity for creativity and to put your own stamp on the store, while being supported by the wider management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to encourage customer loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these... efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for all aspects of running the shop with the goal to increase profitability and customer satisfaction. Ownership of KPI's with objective to improve month on month.

Hire, train, and nurture store employee's to grow productivity and performance. Organise rotas, holidays & shift patterns for your team.

Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store in line with company standards

Oversee all stock and store operations

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of management experience

The role is MAT cover, until late May 2024
