A vacancy for an Industrial Maintenance Engineer within the Manufacturing Engineering organization has arisen. The open position is based in Getafe. The owner will be integrated with the A350 S19 team and with the central maintenance team, will be responsible for one of the S19 production lines, will manage all the Cybersecurity , Machine Connectivity and SAP PM change project. The Maintenance Engineer coordinates the maintenance tasks according to the annual budget, related maintenance plans and unplanned maintenance tasks. Furthermore, the Maintenance Engineer contributes to ensure the required plant availability/plant performance KPI, based on the company's or department’s technical objectives of availability and quality. Jobholder’s activities: - In the frame of major projects of acquisition of new assets, the Maintenance Engineer brings the Maintenance requirements and expertise along the acquisition projects in order to optimise the maintainability of the new asset when entering... into the production phase. - Ensures the Maintenance Department receives all the definitive documentation needed to optimise the performance of maintenance activities on this new asset. - Analysis of failures and common faults that occur and how to take action to prevent them reoccurring through PPS methodology. - Ensure the required technical plant availability in the respective field of activity. - Lead digital transformation strategy in maintenance. - CMMS Key-User. - Industrial Digitalization System. - Industrial Cyber Security - At least 5 years of working experience in a related field such as Maintanance and Cybersecurity. - Academic backgorund: Engineering degree or other technical degrees, with special focus on IT skills. - Willingness and commitment to travel. - Experience in composited field is highly appreciated but it is not mandatory - Negotiation level in English and Spanish. - Autonomy - Eagerness to learn - Negotiation skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convince - Ability to manage conflicts in a constructive manner - Good stakeholder management, enjoys working beyond functions and sigla - Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks - Ability to perform and deal with uncertainty, constructing and managing diverse scenarios What we offer: - Integrating a dynamic team with a blend of complementary experiences and professional backgrounds. - Fun and challenging working environment where great team spirit is built. - Initial 'on the job' tutored phase, working hand in hand with an experienced team member supporting closely your evolution until you reach autonomy. - Opportunities to widen your industrial background by analyzing and working with the different industrial systems and supplier that conform Airbus. - Integrating an organization that develops their people and provides numerous opportunities to grow professionally and personally.
