Requirements:
• Develop custom APIs, methods, and functions as a software developer.
• Implementation and support of ZOHO ERP APPLICATIONS (CRM, Helpdesk, People, Recruit, Payroll, Books, Workplace, Creator) for Operations.
• Implementation, customization, and administration of suite of enterprise Zoho applications including, CRM, Cliq, and custom extensions.
• Understand the business process flow and requirements of the team members to implement and customize various elements and objects in Zoho CRM.
• Design, develop and maintain custom Zoho functions and workflows.
• Work with the Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues.

Required Skills:
• Technically proficient with Zoho Creator (Deluge) and Zoho Flow.
• Experienced in development of custom functions and APIs on Zoho creator
• Expert in Zoho automation workflow customization
• Work on Zoho, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho other products, Integration, REST, SOAP APIs
• Solid understanding of the Zoho Plus Products (Desk... CRM, Projects)
• Experience in integrating external applications and a suite of enterprise Zoho One applications.
• Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator development - minimum 2 years.
• Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator implementation or customization - minimum 2 years.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent worker able to move requests forward with little guidance.
• Ability to collaborate with team, gathering requirements and managing expectations.
• Certification will be added advantage.
