The Relationship Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for supporting GSG Turkey Team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist Turkey GSG Head in developing strategy, driving change and delivering results for the Turkey franchise.

- Act as the central point of contact for the GSG activities and also provide a vital central financial and planning and reporting support function for GSG Turkey management team while directly supporting the GSG Head.

- Work closely with GSG Turkey Seniors to co-ordinate cross-department and cross-country initiatives, ensuring they remain on track for key deliverables.

- Assist in development and delivery of other Turkey business processes and analytics as needed, including planning, analysis, forecasting, weekly and monthly meetings and... reporting

- Coordinate and consolidate management MIS, monthly and ad-hoc reporting requirements for the area, including weekly and monthly summary reports, mid-year and year-end accomplishment reports

- Strategic financial analysis/variance analysis

- Scenario planning/financial analysis of alternate strategies

- Support Management in preparing budget and Balance sheet analytics

- Customer profitability analysis (development and embedding of appropriate disciplines within the business)

- Monitor billing and service queries, as well as correct mapping/marketing hierarchies in Citi Investment Strategies (CIS) to ensure revenues earned from all products are appropriately reflected

- Rolling-up strategy exercises, presentations, ad-hoc requests

- Build relationships with various internal and external audiences to ensure timely problem resolutions and to provide support for a range of audience needs and services

- Partner with Product and Operations & Technology Partners as well as GSG Relationship Managers to perform various activities for Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, including timely origination, monitoring, renewals and completion across all product and marketing levels

- Coordinate all regulatory tasks & franchise requirements, in coordination with Relationship Managers and all related parties

- Ensure 100% implementation of business process tools

- Implementation of changes in internal policies as well as changes in local regulations

- Maintain and ensure that portfolios have correct marketing levels and legal structure reported in the appropriate systems

- Work in conjunction with relevant finance, O&T areas to identify and close gaps related to the above responsibilities

- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services is preferred

- Demonstrated information resourcefulness and a high level of attention to detail

- Consistently demonstrate follow-up and organizational skills

- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

- Proven planning, negotiation and analytical skills

- Consistently demonstrate a professional attitude

- Strong computer skills with experience working in Windows environment (Excel, Word, Power Point).

- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Turkish and English

- AML, Compliance and / or Audit background is a plus

Education:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
