Looking for an exciting and hands-on role in the world of luxury travel? We have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll be tasked with creating and executing a strategy for exceptional service delivery, developing a team of concierges to deliver service beyond expectations to our clients, and ensuring that our call center is always performing at the highest level.
With a flexible schedule that allows for two days in the office and three days working from home each week, Monday-Friday with flex hours and a competitive salary of $70,000 k + with the potential for quarterly bonuses, this is an opportunity that you won't want to miss. To be successful in this role, you'll need 3-5 years of call center experience and management experience, fluency in English and French, and a strong focus on identifying... quality opportunities and proactively addressing them.
