To cut a long story short, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our new digital product development.

What you will do:
• Drive product development of our digital app and take full ownership of it.
• Work directly with users and teams to collect feedback.
• Define and prioritize key performance metrics and activities.
• Conduct research to create more compelling product/feature proposals.
• Collaborate with the team to develop the best solutions for the product.
• Define and monitor product... success metrics and build grounded decision options.
• Coordinate different tasks and people to ensure effective processes.

What we're looking for:
• At least 2 years of experience in building and improving digital products.
• Experience in developing growth strategies, product roadmaps, and client experience for a digital product.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional team-building skills.
• Experience in selecting and prioritizing new product features and updates.
• Track record of improving customer retention-related metrics, both successfully and unsuccessfully.
• Project management experience.
