A challenging career opportunity became available for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager(s) to join leading pharma non-medicine wholesaler Allium UPI with mother company Magnum AS (Estonia) which is a leading pharmaceutical wholesaler and retailer in the Baltic States. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing strategies, as well as field-based activities for the company’s 1) Dermo-Cosmetics portfolio; 2) Gynecological cosmetics and MD portfolio; 3) PPE and Health Care Institutions supply.

Requirements
• University degree in Life Sciences. Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing would be desirable and advantageous.
• At least 2-3 years Marketing experience within pharma profile company, including new product launches.
• Good market knowledge and excellent relationship with Key Opinion Leaders in Cosmetics and/or Life Sciences area.
• Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence).
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
• High level of drive and ambition for ambitious business results.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Implementation and execution of local marketing strategies.
• Monitoring of market and competitors’ performance on a regular basis.
• Development of local promotional materials in line with international guidelines.
• Budget responsibility for assigned product portfolio and ROI.
• Preparation of sales plans, forecasts and targets.
• Communication with KOLs and other key customers (hospitals, government institutions, etc.).
• Promotion of products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events.
• Product support for Market Access and Medical teams.
• Reporting directly to CEO.
