We are looking for a creative, analytical and proactive marketing specialist with an entrepreneurial drive to join our small team. You will be on a mission to drive doohoo’s growth, being responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Create and execute digital marketing strategy plan.
• Manage social media channels (FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create, constantly monitor and optimize social media campaigns (FB & IG).
• Analyse and report on the success of marketing campaigns.
• Implement and measure experiments and A/B tests.
• Manage our e-shop (add marketing offers, banners, new products).

What you need to be successful:
• Previous experience in digital marketing and social media: FB and Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Fluency in... English. Lithuanian or other European languages are a plus.
• Proactive, autonomous working style, ability to make decisions and to learn things quickly.
• Previous experience with WordPress platform and eCommerce is an advantage
• Startup experience is a plus.
