Job Responsibilities:・ Assistant to Japanese General Director・ Creation of the proposal plan, the requirements definition document….・ Clients are mainly Japanese manufacturing companies in industry area.・ Customs clearance for imports from Japan・ Customs clearance for Japanese companies (EPE companies) in Vietnam・ In order management (Excel)・ Creating a quotation for customers and creating an order form for suppliers for domestic・ Creating a quotation for customers and creating an order form for suppliers for Japan (1 or 2 /per month)・ Delivery to Vietnamese customers about once a week・ Responding to inquiries (quotation requests) from Vietnamese companiesNecessary Skill / Experience - Bachelor's degree- Gender Any- More than N2 level Japanese (N3 with Having good communication skill also ok)- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) basic skill- Experience in Admin work or Sales support work in Japanese company- Having sales support experience (having more than 2years experience... are better)- Desirable Character: Good communication skill, bright character-Active, hardworking, can-do attitude.Preferable Experience- Have good knowledge of trading, customs clearance- Good at English skill- Having experience in machinery or machine parts trading company
