· BS Architecture graduate

· Must be a Licensed Architect

· With at least 1-year experience as an architect designer, drafter, planner, and project/site coordinator gained from a retail/food industry

· With specialization in AutoCAD Drafting and 3D Rendering

· Must be highly creative

· With above-average oral and written communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Conduct joint inspection of new potential sites
• Produce design schemes for approval of management
• Provide budgetary estimates for approval of management
• Review of submitted plans and specifications for approval and implementation
• Supervise technical evaluation of each proposed site presented by business development
• Attend technical meetings and pre-construction meetings with lessors
