About the role
Catawiki’s Commercial organisation is growing in size and complexity and, in order to support ambitious growth, we are building up our Commercial Enablement team. This team’s core responsibility is to ensure that our Commercial teams (350 Sales & Experts) have access to the right set of tools & processes to grow & optimally curate our supply of special objects, at scale. The team comprises a number of project managers, who design, rollout & maintain new capabilities used by Commercial teams; and one trainer.
As a Curation Project Manager within Commercial Enablement, you are responsible for ensuring that our Category teams efficiently curate the right supply of special objects to power demand on our platform. This might entail owning programs such as: identifying & designing curation workflows to improve selected curation efficiency metrics, validating with selected experts & rolling out across the wider expert base; re-thinking our dashboard landscape to empower our... Category leadership to drilldown & optimise our object portfolio, addressing opportunities observed from a buyer perspective; collaborating with Product Managers to strengthen our curation tooling & rollout overhauls across 300 experts.
Curation is a core part of Catawiki’s value proposition, and we are seeking passionate project managers to work on this exciting area.
What will you be doing?
• Work with our Category teams & Product stakeholders to assess and determine the required enablement support and the necessary tools to scale our Expert organisation - identifying the most effective assets & managing the roadmap for asset development
• Manage curation programs and projects execution. Create and manage plans and timelines for multiple, simultaneous projects in the Curation Enablement portfolio.
• Track and report on curation enablement programs and program assets. Measure curation enablement activities to quantify impact and success of materials and program.
• Establish processes for consistent communication with the Category teams in order to collect input as well as to deliver updates and share knowledge.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing/Management to coordinate education requirements and the rollout of new sales products and launches.
• Define and conduct user training for sales enablement activities.
Who you are:
• Outstanding project management skills. At least 3 years of core work experience driving end-to-end projects and with formal project management methodologies, with 7+ years of total experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional organizational teams
• Demonstrated experience creating factual and concise verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyse, make decisions, prioritize, assess and mitigate risk.
• Focus on quality deliverables throughout project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving skills and a natural affinity to a structured way of working
