Responsibilities
• Responsible for end-to-end procurement and tendering process
• Plan, coordinate and execute matters related to facilities management for a mixed portfolio of group's properties
• Drive strong supplier relationships and manage the works including but not limited to quotation, tender process and documentation for builder work and maintenance projects, fit out and A&A works
• Monitor the progress/quality/budget of works performed by both consultants & contractors
• Proactively work with user departments to analyze and identify business needs and support... development of best fit procurement and contracting strategies

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Hospitality/Business Administration or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years' tendering and procurement experiences for refurbishment/renovation/fit-out/A&A/E&M (MEP) projects
• With related experiences in hospitality industry or clubhouse/property management industry in Hong Kong or Macau is highly preferably
• Practice on property/facility management is definitely an advantage
• Technical and project management background of E&M (MEP) projects is a plus
• Familiar with local regulations relating to building services system and statutory requirements
