Job Description
• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2-5 years' relevant experience in E&M Quantity Surveying / Contracting
• Practical site experience in E&M QS works is essential
• Previous experience in design-and-build and negotiation with subcontractors would be a definite advantage
• A strong team player and able to work under pressure
• Provide efficient contract administrative services on assigned E&M project(s) and support the Commercial Manager in commercial contract management activities
• Efficient in PC skills including the application of computer software Excel and Data Base
• High flexibility in working location is preferred
• Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the post of Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Must state applying for which position : SQS / QS / AQS
