Reporting to supervisor, the appointee will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Quantity Surveying works from post-contract works.
• Prepare financial data for individual project teams to review for follow-up action.
• Verify and certify payment application from sub-contractors.
• Perform on-site checking, measuring and inspection with clients and consultant.
• Handle other duties assigned by immediate supervisor / management.

Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Surveying or Civil / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years or above relevant working experience in construction industry, preferably in electrical and mechanical projects.
• Working experience in ASD SOR, power station or heavy industrial plant will be an advantage.
• Holder of valid Green Card.
• With driving license (Class 1 and 2) and CP / worker in confined space are preferred.
• A good knowledge of office computer operations.
• Knowledge... in AutoCAD is preferred.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication skills and problem solving skills.
