Our client is a main contractor specialising in external and internal refurbishments. The company works on commercial and industrial projects undertaking works on schools, hospitals and has an excellent reputation working for Registered Social Housing.

Duties & Responsibilities Of a Quantity Surveyor
• As the Quantity Surveyor you’ll be working on a decarbonisation project
• As a Quantity Surveyor you’ll produce monthly CVR’s
• As a Quantity Surveyor you need to control all the costs whilst maximising value
• As a Quantity Surveyor you’ll produce monthly valuations
• Quantity Surveyor’s liaise with subcontractors, workforce and client for each contracts
• Quantity Surveyor’s focus to achieve best cashflow and variance analysis’
• As a Quantity Surveyor you process labour & subcontractor payments, resolving... any disputes

Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Quantity Surveyor:
• Decarbonisation experience
• Active experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience working on projects worth over £5million
• Prior roofing experience is essential
• Experience working on LA Framework is advantageous
