About Your New Role

As an experienced Quantity Surveyor you will be working alongside the the Commercial Manager on projects typically valuing up to £5m across the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

• Subcontractor procurement
• Valuations
• Variations
• Measurement
• Final Accounts
Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:
• A minimum of 5-6 years... experience within main contracting.
• Working knowledge of JCT forms of contracts including design & build.
• Team player
• Self-motivated
• Conversant with MS Office packages
