QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED FOR A PERMANENT POSITION IN BIRMINGHAM

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring project is well costed and getting value for money
• Forecasting how much the works will cost
• Ensure all main contract obligations are attended to including managing procurement, subcontracts and supply chain.
• Being a key part of strategy and bringing fresh ideas to the project
• Getting involved with tendering process, formulating a tender price and scrutinising the tender documents maintaining a positive cash flow
• Risk management

REQUIREMENTS
• Exposure to complex projects across multiple sectors including commercial and... residential.
