Permanent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor working for an established and reputable Civils Subcontractor in West London. My client are a seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with 2+yrs experience at QS level, ideally working on JCT forms of contract. For this particular project, civils experience with piling works would be an advantage. As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor you will be given the opportunity and support in working on a new Infrastructure Development, with an initial project value of £33m. The project is due to commence in the next few weeks, running until March 2025. This will be the initial phase, with future works to be secured for this site. Scope of works include: → Demolition of existing bridge over Central Line → Installation of new bridge over Central Line with RC piling inc. → Trench sheet pile retaining wall → Secant pile basement box and basement dig → Service Diversions → Hard and Soft Landscaping In addition to your general duties as an... Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you would have had to have prepared BOQs and take-offs (e.g. adobe measure, blubeam or by hand) within a similar scope of works.
