We require a Senior Quantity Surveyorto join the Facilities Management Team based in Hampshire. Within this role working among a great team, supporting the Senior Contract Manager and Head of Projects in upholding and maintaining the commercial well being. Location : Hampshire this role will involve travel supporting onsite deliveries Contract : Permanent, Full Time flexible and part-time hours available if desired Package: £60,000 - £70,000 (Basic Salary) + Car Allowance, Healthcare, Pension Contribution, Hybrid Responsibilities As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, youll be working within theFacilities Management Team, supporting them in various areas. Daily Duties: Providing expert commercial input, alongside delivering financial and contractual performance forecasts to the senior management team Site-based valuations and client lead onsite reviews... as well as management of enquiries and disputes for invoicing, billing process, valuations, tenders and contractual issues arising from the client and or supply chain, whilst identifying any areas of commercial risk and mitigation for contract valuations Responsible for the financial reporting of all related works packages assigned through Construction Service Framework Reporting lines of between 1-4 persons which will include mentoring for staff who are developing into a Quantity surveyor role. To be successful in this role: As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will; Have experience within the hard services facilities management and or Construction/Refurbishment sectors Previous experience of building effective working relationships with senior management, directors, and clients.
