About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a solicitor, early in their career to join one of our leading Partners in Perth. This is a newly created position due to continued growth of the practice.

Our team provides advice about many commercial and property related matters including recovery & restructuring, corporate recovery, strata titles, contracting, construction, dispute resolution and litigation... Your work will entail a wide variety of clients across a broad variety of matters for clients including large entities, insolvency practitioners, strata companies and SMEs across a range of industries.

About you

You will need to be a technically aware and highly collaborative solicitor who is exacting with high attention to detail and who can innovate and generate ideas in a team environment.

Your experience or exposure to dispute resolution ranging from small matters through to complex appellate court matters will be highly advantageous
