Job Description1. Driving tender strategy and maximizing the tender business potential
• Take a leadership role to drive the tender business to optimize the revenue and profitability for relevant product/portfolio and in alignment with Country Goals
• Develop medium to long term plans to maximize the business potential
• Build tender capability, process and model that fits to company
• Provide training to relevant colleagues to build the tender capability

2. Cross-functional team collaboration
• Build cross-functional team and align the roles and responsibilities for tender management
• Organize regular meetings to plan major tender bidding, track the status of current tenders and follow up other related tender affairs/initiatives

3. Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Market insight and knowledge management in tender
• Gain the market insights in tender landscape, roles and anticipate the trends
• Engage key external stakeholders to shape tender environment and HCP education
• Conduct... analysis on win-rate, profitability, and tender portfolio

4. Tender planning, submission & competitiveness
• Develop complete database of tender opportunities including bid details (scorecard, price)
• Utilize tender database to build tender forecasts and local tender calendar
• Proactive planning of major tenders and build the individual bidding strategy
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (in and above market) and the appointed tender representative (distributor) to ensure submission of a complete set of bidding documents in due time and meeting tender requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science/ Pharmacy or higher
• Knowledgeable in product specification, public procurement, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with tender/ hospital pharmacy/ regulatory affairs/ medical representative are preferred
• New graduate is also welcome
• Communicable in English
• Time management, Able to prioritize, Organization skill, Service minded
• Establish strong and sustainable relationship with key stakeholders
