We have a brand new opportunity for a Reporting and Systems Analyst who will be responsible for developing reports and maintaining systems with the objective to drive process improvement and identify areas of opportunity within the scope of ICM.

What you will do:
As the Lead ICM Reporting and Systems analyst, you will act as a global point of contact for IC reporting and analytics. As part of the team, this role will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of reports and systems to support ICM business operations.
This role requires a strong combination of technical and business skills, with a strong focus on data analytics. You will be creating and providing first-line support on Power BI solutions: including issue troubleshooting, testing with the business & IS team and roll-out of new functionality on the platforms across the globe. You will be supporting users across 6 systems in over 100 countries.
Your ability to problem solve and prioritise will be invaluable, as will your natural communication style at all levels. You could be working with LATAM one moment, and Asia Pacific the next, across many different time zones and cultures. You will have a natural aptitude for being able to juggle many priorities, whilst maintaining a high level of service and knowing where to focus your time at any given moment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain a range of reports and dashboards using various reporting tools and databases
Execution of new BI strategy around reporting and analytical capabilities to support management and executive key decision making
As first line support on PowerBI and other reporting tools you will be responsible for solving or escalating issues
Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of reporting data and systems, identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate with IT to build /test and deploy necessary systems and reports infrastructure
Partner with the Shared Service Teams to support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ensure help ticket Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met; identify process improvements where possible
Support users of the Cornerstone and Salesforce systems, monitoring and managing system support queues including data analysis, reporting and troubleshooting
Monitor and respond to changes in system data that have the potential to impact data reliability and/or automation
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of systems and reporting tools
What you need:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an analyst or similar roleStrong data modeling and technical expertise, including Microsoft Excel and PowerBI skills. Salesforce experience an advantage alsoExcellent problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detailStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player in a global environmentAbility to work independently, multi-task and proactively communicateExperienced working with multiple data setsVery good knowledge of EnglishExperience working in a system focused environmentNice to have: Experience with SFDC, CSOD or SQL
