Fonterra Operations IT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Service Management to join our global support team. As part of our Technology Office business unit, you... will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of service to the business, ensuring effective technical change management, management of incidents and problems, provision of service requests, operational reporting, service desk and field support services, and quality IT service management toolsets.

In this exciting role, you will foster key stakeholder relationships between technology teams and customer/business units to improve MTTR and support the IT strategy and architectural functions to enable effective technology decisions. You will also manage the prioritization, scheduling, and allocation of work across the service management team based on the needs of the IT customer community and resource constraints.

About you

This is a fantastic opportunity be part of a high performing team. You will be an experienced Manager – Service Management to lead and manage the delivery of service to the business in order to ensure effective technical change management, management of incidents and problems, provision of service requests, operational reporting, service desk required for the effective running of the business.

Qualities that will help you succeed:
• 5+ years of experience in a management or lead role of application, technology and support teams
• Experience in delegating and allocating tasks and work within a team.
• 3+ years proven track record of delivering high quality customer service focussed support in an outsourced environment.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of enterprise application suites and infrastructure (SAP, WAN, WLAN, Datacentre, cloud, collaboration, EUC)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive, manage and motivate a high performing team.
• ITIL4 Service Management qualification – Desired
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM - Desired
• Experience with Dairy industry / FMCG - Desired
