Bulgari, within its Jewelry Business Unit based in Rome, is searching for a High Jewelry Group Product Marketing Manager. Mission Lead the Product Portfolio strategy and Product Lifecycle of the assigned category, according to Brand Image, Positioning and Market evidence/commercial potential, in order to deliver Company vision and reach business objectives in terms of share of market, revenues and margins. Main Accountabilities - Evaluate performance analysis on market, competitors and sales to identify business opportunities for the category (new market segments, new products/line extensions, etc.). - Support the top management in the definition of the Product Marketing strategy for the High Jewelry category, detecting consumer target, product concept, price positioning, distribution channels, expected revenues, target margin, etc., with specific focus on 3YP and budget presentations. - Guide the development of the Product Marketing Brief according to strategy and act as a key player... in the definition and execution of the Product Development Process with relevant stakeholders. - Manage the product portfolio & product life cycle, defining phase-in and phase-out strategy, based on sales trend analysis, commercial opportunities, and cannibalization risk, and propose marketing and product plan corrective actions, if needed. - Be in charge for of all the Pricing activities & margin in partnership with the Finance Pricing Unit. - Cooperate with High End Sales department to define Product Assortments for Stores, Trunk shows, Events. - Cooperate with Global Marketing & Communication department to organize Corporate and local events and follow up the relevant activities. - Cooperate with Product Development and Quality departments to ensure full deployment of quality specifications for all new product releases. - Ensure product information quality, maintenance and coherence on the Digital Asset Management (DAM) repository (descriptions, photos, digital materials, etc.). - Ensure team competences improvement as well as people growth and motivation. Profile: Qualifications / Professional Capabilities - Master’s degree - 7 years’ experience in similar roles. - Understanding of the luxury brands, fashion industry and current trends. - Product Marketing and Merchandising techniques. - Awareness of the main phases and critical points of the Product Development process. - Analysis and reporting. - Project management. - Fluency in Italian and English Soft competencies - Leadership - Customer Orientation - Entrepreneurship - Business Acumen - Innovation, out of the box thinking - Communication - Flexibility - Analysis
