The Role

You are to work closely with property management teams to review the current operating SOPs and devise operation solutions to improve efficiencies and cost control through the use of technologies. Understand the impact of technology affecting operations to make recommendations for improvement including overseeing the planning, execution and tracking of implemented initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement property management strategies
• Collaborate with cross functions to streamline processes
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management
• Assist in developing Integrated FM concepts enabling increased productivity and efficiency
• Project manage from planning, execution to commissioning of operations-technology initiatives
• Work closely with ground PM team and IT for change requests and adjustments
• Keep up to date with current technology, best practices, and market trends for facility management
• As part of ops-tech implementation... also work with property teams to develop Outcome-based Requirements for service/term contracts
• Portfolio level reporting on PM matters including, but not limited to energy and water consumption and usage, maintenance concepts and strategies etc
• Work with PM compliance and audit to verify the safety, system performance and operational compliance for the portfolio down to the property level

Job Requirements
• Degree in Building / Real Estate / Facilities Management or a related Engineering discipline.
• At least 15 years of relevant experiences and knowledge of all phases of property management, as well as overseeing procurement of property management services.
• Display good leadership skills.
• Certified as a Fire Safety Manager and/or Green Mark Facility Manager.
• Possess sound knowledge of building M&E systems, with experiences in monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and SAP.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills and good computer literacy.
• Ability to be ready 24/7 and to manage operations and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
